Lifetime Warranty

Our free warranty service includes inspection, polishing, refurbishing, cleaning, rhodium plating, tightening of loose stones, re-tipping or replacement of prongs and additional maintenance as necessary, due to normal wear and tear of your jewelry item purchased from Trice Jewelers. The Trice warranty also covers replacement of broken, chipped or lost accent diamonds and gemstones weighing .25ct (one quarter of a carat or less). The warranty will remain in effect as long as you bring in your jewelry for cleaning, inspection and repair every six months.

Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

Should you wish to upgrade the diamond you purchased at Trice Jewelers, we will offer a full trade in allowance on your center diamond only, at any time during the life of your jewelry. Full credit equal to the original purchase price of the center diamond of your ring, pendent, or earrings will be applied toward the purchase of a new diamond pendant or set of earrings that are at least 30% greater than the original purchase price.

30-Day Returns

If for any reason, you need to return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly issue a refund (for jewelry that is in new condition) to the purchaser of record in the same manner as original payment. Note, custom jewelry, special order items, or jewelry that has been modified at your request (extreme sizing, engraved, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
