Thank you for your jewelry purchase! We know it will bring you many years of enjoyment. Trice Jewelers takes great pride in providing beautiful, high-quality jewelry. It is our commitment to keep your jewelry in good condition and as beautiful as it was the day you bought it. Our complimentary lifetime service warranty only applies to diamond and gemstone jewelry, as noted below.

 

Our complimentary warranty service includes inspection, polishing, refurbishing, cleaning, rhodium plating, re-tipping, and tightening of loose stones due to normal wear and tear of your jewelry. All covered work will be performed by an authorized representative of Trice Jewelers. Your service record will be stored on our secure server and will be updated each time you come in. Please remember that this complimentary inspection will be performed at our shop and is required every six months to maintain your warranty. The Trice Warranty also covers the replacement of broken, chipped, or lost accent diamonds, sapphires, and rubies weighing  .25ct (one-quarter of a carat) or less. Semi-precious and emeralds are not included.

 

The Trice lifetime warranty does not cover stolen, mishandled jewelry or jewelry that cannot be reworked to look new. Our warranty becomes void if any work is performed on your jewelry item by anyone other than Trice Jewelers.

 

Due to the nature of wear and tear, we cannot warrant the replacement of ring shanks, tennis bracelets, clasps, and chains. We will not cover lost semi-precious stones and emeralds. In addition, we cannot size bands made of alternative metals such as titanium, tungsten carbide, Damascus steel, cobalt, meteorite, or zirconium. 

At any time during the life of your jewelry, should you wish to upgrade the diamond you purchased at Trice Jewelers, we will offer a full trade allowance on your center diamond only. This trade-up option only applies to natural diamonds. Full credit equal to the original purchase price of the center diamond of your ring, pendant, or earrings will be applied toward the purchase of a new diamond, pendant, or set of earrings that are at least 30% greater than the original price.
