Last minute, I decided I wanted a different wedding band. I went to Trice, and Helen swiftly swapped the band I originally ordered for a new order. I felt badly about changing my mind, and Helen made me feel comfortable right away; she listened intently to what I envisioned and ... worked with a sense of urgency. Because of various factors completely out of Helen’s control (supplier availability, shipping, etc.), there was no guarantee that my band would arrive in time for my wedding. Regardless, Helen checked in with me multiple times throughout the month, contacting both the supplier and me. Even knowing my band may not be ready in the timeframe I had hoped, Helen put me at ease. She did everything in her power to communicate and ensure that there were no delays. I realized how impressed I was with Helen when it dawned on me that even though I may not have my wedding band on my wedding day, I was still very pleased with Trice and the service I received — that’s when you know!
