Jewelry Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Trice Jewelers, a local high-end jewelry store, is seeking an initiative-taking and experienced sales executive to join our concierge sales team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in luxury sales with a focus on impeccable client relations and a proven history of annual revenue increases as a top producer. The sales executives report directly to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and engaging clients and providing excellent customer service while focusing on a 5 STAR experience.
• Identifying and understanding client needs and preferences and creating custom suggestions that generate sales and repeat business.
• Superior communication skills needed, both written and verbal, including experience with customer service, critical thinking, and creative solution execution.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and display cases.
• Processing transactions and handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge as well as trend and fashion awareness.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field may also be an advantage.
• 3-4 years of luxury retail jewelry sales experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and diligence in follow-up.
• Knowledge of jewelry and precious stones.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures determined by leadership, including all opening and closing duties and any additional request from management.
